EverBank's HR department engaged Dr. Robin McClure to assist in the development of their annual strategic plan.  

As the Director of Human Resources, our company engaged Robin to assist in the development of our annual strategic plan. This included an initial SWOT exercise, and was followed by discussions regarding organizational design issues within HR, and resulted in a strategic plan for the department. My entire team benefited greatly from the experience, and it actually enhanced our overall ability to work as a team in a collaborative way. Robin is very knowledgeable, and was very successful in translating that knowledge to achieve desired results. Her listening skills are exceptional as she truly was able to focus on our unique needs and objectives. During the course of our meetings, multiple opinions and points of view were expressed, and Robin was able to effectively “steer the ship” in the right direction, and refocused our energy toward the desired outcomes. As expected, some challenging issues arose, and she quickly identified underlying issues, and provided very valuable insight that allowed us to proceed in a productive manner. We walked away with a practical, strategic plan in hand. I would recommend Robin as a true professional, and she was a pleasure to work with. She challenged all of us to think in different and creative ways, while maintaining our focus on the strategic goals of HR, and ensuring alignment with those of the organization.
