NetBank chose Evoke Development to help quickly develop new hire training materials that would support policies and procedures associated with a new mortgage call center. A very short deadline for development of the materials was given since recruiting, hiring, and training associates was going to begin almost immediately. Evoke Development designed and developed participant guides, instructor guides, and a variety of activities for the new call center training. They also worked with the managers to flush out additional policies and procedures needed for the department.
Dr. McClure came in and not only created excellent training materials in a very short time frame, but with her ability to organize, structure and gather information and develop training materials, was also able to focus the line management team, and helped them to develop their needed policies and procedures.
